At present, most features within TheoryPass are available completely free to use, including learning materials, revision tools, practice content, and general study features.
The only premium features currently offered are the Theory Mock Tests and Hazard Perception Mock Tests.
Because the app is currently provided largely free of charge, no pass guarantee, refund guarantee, or success guarantee is applicable at this time.
Future guarantee schemes
We may introduce a guarantee, promotional offer, or refund scheme in the future. If we do, the full terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and claim process will be clearly displayed in the app and/or on the TheoryPass website.
Your responsibility
TheoryPass is designed to support your preparation for the UK driving theory test and hazard perception test. However, users remain responsible for their own learning, revision, test booking, attendance, and test performance.
